  1. Very lovely! I have been on an apple sauce kick lately. I’m using up some dried fruit, so I boil them first then add the apples. So delicious! I also add Chia seeds for some protein, and cinnamon. Now I need to check out your Power Puffs. 😊

    1. Thanks! Me too-the applesauce seems so soothing. The Power Puffs are really good too. I use almond butter instead of peanut butter, though.

      1. I, too, am an almost butter gal. And in a pinch I’ve taken almond butter and water, blend it in the blender, and you have almond milk! I read that somewhere. It actually works pretty good!
