I have not heard of Baldwins, but these look delicious. Nice that you share your apples with the squirrels. Wonderful autumn celebration here.
Baldwins are old-fashioned apples, actually first grown here in Massachusetts. They were most known for cider back in colonial times. I like them because they are hardy and store well.
