Lovely colour palette – golden browns, white and the bright blue of the sky. Must be nice to know that winter is on the wane, beautiful as the snow has been!
Thank you so much for all your thoughtful and kind comments. Yes, spring is on the way, and I am getting excited about gardening. The covid surge has passed, so that’s something to be grateful about. So worried about our tenuous world situation, and the crazy actions of some politicians in our country…..
Nice to have spring gardening to look forward to. It provides a constructive distraction from all the stressful world and local news too. Just when we thought the pandemic might be easing up a bit, then the awfulness of the invasion of Ukraine and all the worrying ramifications of this horrible war.
Sending best wishes.
I esp. like that last lone ‘wolf’ tree, standing in the field by itself.
Thank, Eliza. I love that tree, and photograph it often:

You are so welcome, Elvira!
Thank you, Julie.
Great photos! The mix of blue and brown is so pretty. Looks like a nice place to spend some time.
My happy place! 😉
Beautiful! And the snow looks like sand, giving the area the appearance of a beach.
Ah, the beach. Maybe this summer? We’ll see!
I really enjoyed these wintry prairie photos, Julie, so serene.
You are welcome, Jet. I sometimes pretend that they are ocean grasses, as I live about an hour and a half from the ocean! 😉

An ideal place for walking!
Indeed it is!
