You bet! And there were quite a few “disputes” going on while I was there. 😉

I’ve always loved the vibrant green with the gold undertone of the drake!

I, too, think those drakes look very fine. That glittering green.
What a wonderful array of mallard and Canada goose photos, Julie! The sun was so bright and the sand reflective, setting off the drakes’s jeweled heads. I never ever tire of looking at mallards and observing their behavior, and this post with the photos and narrative really highlight their beauty.
