Hola Elvira! I have not been blogging much during the summer, but I was thinking of you, as I am growing tomatillos for the first time ever. Do you like them? I made salsa verde. What else should I do with them?

You can use them in a guacamole, avocado wth salsa verde. Or you can do it in slices breaded and fry. You can cut it qith red tomatos, oniosn and chiles, some vinegar, salt, touch of peper and lemon, with totopos.
