Local businesses are finding creative ways to service customers during this time of social distancing. One of my favorite nurseries allows online ordering. Pay in advance, drive to the store and park at the curb. Look for your name prominently displayed on a filled wagon or basket. Pull your purchases to your trunk, load up, return the wagon, and drive home!
That’s a nice way to accommodate the customers. The place where I buy bird seed does something similar. Enjoy your garden, Julie.🌸

I was surprised to learn that our local garden center is still open for walk-in customers, but I think I’ll forego that this year. No need to take that risk for the sake of a few flowers. I’ll just clean up the front of the house and call it good.

Yup. I’m only doing curbside for herbs and veg. I have some zinnia seeds from last year. Otherwise, I’ll just enjoy my perennials.
