I love these farmstands by the side of the road, Julie, including the fact that they trust people to pay for what they take. It suggests that a good portion of humanity is honest.
Yes, it is goo to remember that there are so many honest people around. A funny story: When I first drove by the farm, I stopped to take pics in the orchard. The owner came out, and we got talking history. An hour later, after he had led me on a tour of his barn, I was an expert on the farm, and it’s been a favorite orchard ever since. 😉

What a wonderful experience, Julie. It helps keep our faith in humanity alive.
A lovely farm stall, and beautifully decorated, too. 🙂 🍏🍎
What a sweet place! At first I wondered what Geranium Water could be. And then, well, duh. 😉
Ha! I thought Geranium Water was some new trendy health food at first! ; -)
Same!
I love all the signs from the days when that town was full of orchards. Just a few left now.
MA had so many farms… sadly, most are gone now.
A fine photographic tour – with humour
I’m glad you liked it. It’s quite a quirky place!
