Cassie, the dromedary camel, lives at Lilac Hedge Farm in Rutland, Massachusetts . (Two video shorts are included.)“What a beautiful day!”“Perfect for catching a few rays.”
And now, a quick snack!“What’s that I hear?”My friends, the donkeys, are down there.”“Hi Friends! Nice to see you!”
Interesting chewing pattern, ha! It was a gorgeous blue-sky day!
We seem to be alternating dull gray with gorgeous blue lately!
Didn’t expect to see a camel in New England. Hope the wimters aren’t too cold for the camel.
She must stay in the barn for much of the winter. Hmmm…. I’ll have to ask about that!
A happy photo story
It is such fun to see a camel here in my neck of the woods!
She is so sweet. I don’t think I want to try to chew like her, though, it does not look too comfortable for a set of human jaws.
The way she chewed was indeed, quite fascinating. Also, I was glad that she had so much open space to wander in.
